How it works
Connect
Sign in with Google and grant MyGilbert access to your Google Business Profile. Google words this permission as managing your business profile; MyGilbert uses it only to read your reviews and to post the replies you approve. You control the connection and can revoke it at any time from your Google Account settings.
Review
New reviews appear in your private dashboard alongside an AI-drafted reply suggestion. Read it, edit it to your voice, or discard it and write your own — the dashboard streamlines whichever path you choose.
Post
When you're satisfied with a reply, post it directly to Google from your own account. Nothing goes live without your explicit action. MyGilbert never posts on your behalf.

1. A drafted reply, waiting for you
Each new review arrives with a suggested reply. You choose: post it as is, edit it, or write your own.
2. Posted to Google, by you
The reply appears on your Google Business Profile as your business, only after you click.
3. Then the review text is removed
Once the reply is posted, the review text is removed from MyGilbert and only an audit record is kept.

Your data, your control
MyGilbert temporarily retains review content only while it's needed to complete the reply workflow. Once completed, the raw review content is removed and appropriate audit information is retained. We do not sell your data and share it only with the service providers needed to operate MyGilbert (such as the AI service that drafts replies) or where required by law, do not use your business information to train AI models, and do not post anything to Google without your direct, manual approval. You can disconnect at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
